Pricing questions
What counts as a screen?
A TV (or browser) that is paired to your account and showing a menu. Web menus, QR codes and print menus are not screens and are always included.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The first screen is free. You add a card when you pair a second screen.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Annual is $144 per screen per year ($12/month). You can change billing or cancel anytime from the app.
What happens if I unpair a screen?
Your screen count drops and the next invoice is prorated by Stripe. There are no cancellation fees.
Is there a per-location fee?
No. You pay per paired screen. Each additional location gets its own web menu and QR codes at no extra charge.
Do you charge for setup or migration?
No setup fee. Importing from Untappd for Business is self-serve and free.
