Terms of service

Last updated November 8, 2026

Draft. This document is pending legal review and may change before launch.

These terms are an agreement between you (the business or person using BreweryTV) and Triton Agency, which operates BreweryTV (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

BreweryTV lets you manage beverage and food menus and publish them to TV screens, hosted web menus, QR codes and printable files. We may improve, change or retire features; we'll give reasonable notice before removing a feature you pay for.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity under your account, including your staff's. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction and authorized to act for your business.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • The first paired screen per account is free. Additional paired screens are billed per screen, monthly or annually, at the prices on our pricing page when you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Changes in screen count are prorated by our payment processor, Stripe.
  • You can cancel anytime in the app; service continues to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
  • Prices exclude taxes, which you're responsible for.

4. Your content

You own the menus, beer data, logos, images and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service, including showing your menus publicly at beermenu.tv and on your screens. You confirm you have the rights to Your Content, including any images, logos and trademarks, and that your menus comply with the alcohol advertising and labeling laws that apply to you.

You can export your data at any time. After you close your account we'll delete Your Content within a reasonable period, except backups and records we must keep by law.

5. Imports from other services

If you import data from another service (such as Untappd for Business) you're responsible for having the right to do so under that service's terms. We import only your menu data, not third-party ratings or reviews.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, distribute malware, interfere with or probe the Service's security, scrape it, or resell it without our written permission.

7. Third-party services and hardware

The Service runs on devices and platforms we don't control (TVs, streaming sticks, app stores, browsers, payment and hosting providers). We're not responsible for their availability or for hardware you buy.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and TV players keep showing the last menu they loaded during outages, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content or your violation of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or don't pay, with notice where reasonable.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and, for material changes, notify account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State where Triton Agency is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules. [To be confirmed in legal review.]
