This policy explains how Triton Agency ("we", "us"), which operates BreweryTV, handles personal information on brewerytv.com, app.brewerytv.com and beermenu.tv (together, the "Service").
What we collect
- Contact and waitlist forms: your name, email, brewery name and message. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent to limit spam.
- Accounts: name, email, sign-in details, your brewery's locations, menus and settings.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive limited details (such as card brand, last four digits and billing status), never your full card number.
- Guest menus and TV screens: when guests view a menu at beermenu.tv or scan a QR code, we count views and scans in aggregate. TV players store a device token so they stay paired.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and secure the Service.
What we don't do
- We don't sell personal information.
- We don't show ads or use advertising trackers on the Service.
- We don't put your brewery's beer catalog into a public database without your choice.
How we use information
To provide and secure the Service, reply to you, process payments, send service emails (like receipts and password resets) and, if you joined the waitlist, send launch news. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies or cross-site tracking. The app uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. Our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process browser signals to tell humans from bots.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare (hosting, storage, security, email delivery) and Stripe (payments). They process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards. Data is stored and processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is open and for a reasonable period after closing it to meet legal and accounting obligations. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing hello@brewerytv.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; we honor them.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 21.
Changes
We'll post changes here and update the date above. For material changes, we'll notify account holders by email.
